I Know there is a feature like this implemented but it uses a premium account and the times i have tested it, it fails, isnt it possible and better to add this feature by skin url, the way citizens does ? and save it on the database? because, isnt that the way changeskin saves its skins? in the database and it just retrieves it on join by id from the preferences table?

Maybe a new table for customs skins for organization?
