Any reason for fixing numpy 1.24 in the requirements? It might be not really compatible with python 3.12 used in the action, with a not-up-to-date setuptools. Is numpy really needed as a requirement for building the gammapy-meetings action?

@stahanna I see that you have been working on the fix for the failing action from last week. Thanks! I did not follow up closely. Can you please briefly describe what was the problem/solution?

Hi, finally it was only the token which had to be recreated (so a little of 'Much Ado About Nothing' ;) but I did a small update in the .yml and cleaned the requirements as well (so no more numpy there :)

Is the installation of numpy then needed in the workflow file?
