An error occured when I execute gmes_petap.pl --EP prothint.gff --evidence evidence.gff --cores 48 --soft_mask 1000 --verbose --sequence *.fasta:
error, unique label is expected in trace file: >2_dna.
How could I fix this? Thanks!

It's a common name error.
