Display Calculated Total with Formatting

Description
Enhance the Monthly Rent Calculator by displaying the total rent in a well-formatted, user-friendly manner. This feature ensures better readability and usability for users calculating their rent.

Problem Statement
Currently, the calculator provides a plain numerical total without formatting. Users may find it difficult to quickly interpret the final amount, especially when large numbers or decimals are involved. Additionally, the breakdown of different costs (rent, utilities, other fees) is not visually emphasized, making it harder to understand the overall calculation.

Proposed Solution

Auto-Formatted Currency Output

Convert numbers into properly formatted currency (e.g., $1,200.50 instead of 1200.5).
Dynamically update the total as the user enters values.
Breakdown Summary Section

Show a breakdown of the total rent in a structured summary. Example:
🏠 Rent Summary

Base Rent: $1,200
Power Bill: $50
Water Bill: $30
Other Fees: $20
Total Rent: $1,300 ✅
Optional Expand/Collapse Breakdown

Allow users to toggle the breakdown details if they only need the final total.
Currency Selector (Optional Enhancement)
Let users choose their currency (USD, EUR, INR, GBP, etc.).

Alternatives Considered

Keeping the current unformatted numerical total (less readable).

Showing only the total amount without a breakdown (less informative).
