Probably need to make a flaskbb plugin for this. Each board should get its own feed but there should also be a feed for every publicly visible topic on the whole forum? (well the latter is really the more important one, maybe the plugin lets you choose which boards to opt in to the primary feed)

This can be used to relay to Discord / IRC with a bot like forum2irc (notifies only of new topics) or something more general-purpose.
