Prerequisites

• I have read the Contributing Guidelines.
• I agree to follow the Code of Conduct.
• I have searched for existing issues that already report this problem, without success.

Current Behavior

• Bootstrap CDN needs updated in this capabilities
• CDN's come from two different sources. Use the same CDN source.
• CDN for Bootstrap and jQuery is not loading due to MIME type blocking
• PopperJS problem?
• Make the theme switch the same as the one on index.html thus fixing the errant switch.

This page has no content, add containers and cards for

• Services (card with a list of services)
• Materials (bullet point lists are great in this panel)
• Industries (bullet point lists and text, 300 characters max)
• Equipment (a container or card with a carousel with 5-6 pic frames)

Expected Behavior

• Updated CDN's that are from the same source.. not jsdlvr AND cloudflare.
• Some content, even if it is working stubs that can be filled in // lorem ipsum
