openweathermap API has settings for language and unit types

Please allow setting those parameters in application settings

I'm currently using weather notification as a data provider for gadgetbridge. Inside the app the current weather gets displayed in my language, but the retrieved data which gets forwarded to my wearable is in english. Would be nice to have an option to change the requested language since the OWM api supports them already. Until then my wearable shows a mix of two languages.
