Sequences with problematic annotation (ID + gene/protein name):
D. melanogaster Prm (FBgn0003149, P35415 / P35416)
Type of Issue: Erroneous source or erroneous propagation, or other issue
erroneous propagation
D. melanogaster Prm (Paramyosin) is getting 'Rho-dependent protein serine/threonine kinase activity' via PTN000542090, for which the sources are O75116 (human Rho-associated protein kinase 2, ROCK2) and Q13464 (human Rho-associated protein kinase 1, ROCK1).
But Prm has no kinase domains and just has a 'myosin tail' (it's characterized as a structural component of invertebrate muscle thick filaments. (e.g. PMID:16020538))
Can you check, and if you agree, block the kinase annotation to Prm?
