Dear all,

The proposal has been made to obsolete

GO:0039519 modulation by virus of host autophagy: same as GO:0075071 symbiont-mediated perturbation of host autophagy
GO:0039521 suppression by virus of host autophagy: same as GO:0140321 symbiont-mediated suppression of host autophagy
There is 1 DisProt annotation, 1 Swiss-Prot Keyword mapping, 2 UniRule and 2 HAMAP mappings, see Review annotations to GO:0039519 modulation by virus of host autophagy and children go-annotation#5518.
