Implement new metadata tags in Noctua / GO-CAM universe to support distinguishing standard and causal models

This is a coordinating super to help keep track of the separate issues around implement new metadata tags in the Noctua / GO-CAM universe to support distinguishing standard and causal models. Once all tickets are created and added to the project, this could be closed.

• Add two new model level annotations: “maximal-causal-chain-length” and “display-as-pathway-override” go-shapes#272
• Update minerva to handle “maximal-causal-chain-length” and “display-as-pathway-override” minerva#448
• Bulk update the models to get add initial default tag(s) and value(s) for causal models noctua-models#216
• Change API/SPARQL/endpoint with a query to these tags instead of previous algorithm
  I'm a little unclear on this one, but I believe the "API" here is just results from a route provided by minerva (via barista); minerva would just do the right thing behind the scenes and return the appropriate results; this may just be more minerva#448
• Add client code to be able to display these tags and modify “display-as-pathway-override”
  with discussion from @vanaukenk on the various clients, this will be split out into issues for the landing page, form, graph editor, etc.
