In the layer property right panel, the opacity of a source can be changed through a box with a value and arrows to increase/decrease the value. It would be nice to be able to change the value with a slider.

We're lacking a proper slider component in core lab/lumino, but there is one in jupyter-ui-toolkit we could use:
