You can choose the service viewed on the map.
In case of TMS, can we have a selector of styles configured by the owner of the dataset in order to switch beetween different ways of rendering the datas .

How could we know the different styles ? From the getCapabilities ?
Would you have an example of a TMS service that you would like to use ?

We are investigating the fact of pointing it in metadata or getcapabilities (for some reasons, it is difficult in getcapabilities), maybe thanks to a register of styles.
The main idea is metadata.

Moving this to the next milestone without more precision; note that vector tile layers are supported as basemaps now (see #1073)
