Download fails

when trying to download the integration in HACS I get this error:

Same, been wanting to download for a few weeks, but every time I try it fails. It says check the logs, but the logs just say the same... Failed to download.

@georgezhao2010 , there is a typo in the link on hacs "https://...mieda_ac_lan.zip" should be "https://...midea_ac_lan.zip"

Maybe we should wait for the pull request to be merged. However, since this repo is not maintained anymore, we may switch to the alternative: #595

Installed the alternative #595 and it's working great! Anybody know how to add that to HACS to replace this one? Just to make it easier for others in the future... I'm pretty new to HA so I don't know how that process works.

There's not much can be done unless the owner merges the PR. As of now, flock to the alternative forks. I did my PR as a "just because" move hoping the owner merges it. However you can add the fork i made instead of this repo, but i would recommend #595 since they update it more. Mine #627 only fixes the typo, no improvements made.
