Looks like #633 is back.
I'm experiencing high CPU utilization in VSCode of 100 plus % (average around 120%) and rapid battery discharge when the plugin is activated.

Environment:
AppMap 0.97.1
VSCode 1.81.1 for Apple Silicon
OS: OS X

@spaquet we are not able to reproduce this ourselves on similar environments. Can you please provide some information about yours so we can try to zero in on this?

  • Your project's language
  • How many AppMaps are in your project (or were in there at the time the issue was observed before you disabled AppMap)
