Error in appmap-server when deleting AppMaps generated from tests (rspec):

Error running command appmap.context.deleteAppMaps: Cannot destructure property 'name' of 'undefined' as it is undefined.. This is likely caused by the extension that contributes appmap.context.deleteAppMaps.
