Restore chat contents after restarting the IDE.
Let the user view past conversations.
Let the user continue past conversations.
(Extra:) Let the user change past conversations. (Needs some thought into how that would work. If a non-leaf user query was changed, the conversation should presumably fork; this can be confusing. And what about the context?)
