Upgrade instructions to adapt Hinode modules (v0.16)

Hinode v0.16 introduces support for Hugo modules. The adaptation of the module system is a breaking change. Existing Hinode sites require several changes to make them compatible. The Hinode documentation now includes instructions on the changes required.

Meanwhile, the core Hinode library is being revised to improve its default behavior. This should significantly reduce the required configuration when creating a new site from scratch.
