macOS: Quick Terminal full screen behind menu bar, if Ghostty is not the active app

I use the Quick Terminal that opens on the screen with the mouse, attached at the top.

When I make the Quick Terminal full screen, it depends whether Ghostty is the currently active app or not.

• if Ghostty is the active app, the full screen is used by the quick terminal, independent of the macos-non-native-fullscreen settings (e.g. visible-menu, padded-notch, true, false). It always uses the non-native fullscreen, seemingly with true as config.
• if Ghostty is NOT the active app, the menu bar and dock stay, and the full-screen quick terminal window is under the menu bar and dock.

I think it should either respect the macOS-non-native-fullscreen settings, or adjust to the size that is actually available (i.e. avoiding the menu bar and dock), so all the content in the full screen quick terminal can be seen.

Attached is a video of different configurations. Note how the behavior changes whether TextEdit is selected, or Ghostty.
