Shell integration with fish shell breaks an app

I'm using an app called lando (https://lando.dev/) which fails like this if any command (like lando start is run via fish shell supplemented by the ghostty integration).

However, when I first run bash and switch to fish manually (so the shell integration is disabled), it works fine. Is this a bug, or do I just need a specific configuration to make it work?

What fish version are you on? Can you provide the output of fish --version?

It looks like this also happens with other shell emulators.
