Although, I think this repo has been abandoned by the plugin author. Unfortunate, as I find this plugin really helpful.

I've actually found out that Vercel and Strapi (as of version 5.4.1) can handle this natively now without an additional package. You can actually specify which type of events on entries or media will call your webhook (trigger a vercel deploy). See screenshots of where to configure this:
