Hello, I would like to ask how to determine the restriction level "ALL-REDUCTION_FACTORS_IRR.py" for the SPH of the soil data in pyaez2.1, I have checked that the level in py is not the same as the level in GAEZ4_Appendices6.3, and that it is not the same as the level in GAEZ4_Appendices6.3. I have checked that the level in py is not the same as the level in GAEZ4_Appendices6.3 as shown in the picture below, so I would like to ask how to get the limit level?

Yes, it's different because the parameterizations in the python files are the combinations of local expert's knowledge and GAEZ Appendices relevant to Laos experimented for rice with low-level input/management. In your case, you need to change the ratings which are LUT/input management specific, based on the soil property values of each Soil Mapping Unit (SMU) in your input soil map (whether the soil map is HWSD v1.2 or v.2.0).
Note that the soil phase rating (SPH) has contributions to multiple soil qualities considered by AEZ soil evaluation methodology. Giving the example from your screenshot, you can interpret that SPH**(x)**_value corresponding to soil quality rating for Soil Quality X. Although you will have the same number of Soil Phases values, the soil ratings will be different from soil quality to soil quality, and your selected input/management level.
Another thing to note is that unless you have local knowledge of the soil property contribution of a particular soil type, you can always stick with the GAEZ database.
