Describe the bug
The extension states I'm using an unsupported version while stating the same version is supported.

You are using an unsupported version of the CodeQL CLI (2.14.6). The minimum supported version is 2.14.6. Please upgrade to a newer version of the CodeQL CLI.
CodeQL extension version: 1.13.0 

Version
CodeQL extension version: 1.13.0
CodeQL CLI version: 2.14.6
Platform: darwin x64

To reproduce
Start with a CLI version 2.14.6

Expected behavior
Not showing an notification for a supported version, even if it is the minimal supported version.

Add any other context about the problem here.
