I've recorded an RTMP file to .mp4, how can I stream from file (instead of live) to an flv player on the front end?

My config.

    ffmpeg: "/usr/local/bin/ffmpeg",
    tasks: [
      {

        mp4Flags: "[movflags=frag_keyframe+empty_moov]",
      },
