GHCND has two new data sources and we need to add these to he conversion code utils for conversion to our source id scheme.

R = NCDC Reference Network Database (Climate Reference Network
and Historical Climatology Network-Modernized) = 404

f= "waiting on response form Matt"=405?

Source flag R already assigned to 237 in daily_csv_to_cdm_utils.py. Does the above replace 237?

Oh sorry i missed it , my and . its just "f" that needs sorting when Matt lets me know what it is.

Noted - currently f has been added and set to 405. We can amend when we know.
