[FEATURE] Add 'unsaved items' warning if navigating away from form section

Based on feedback:

If clicking ‘next section’ through the tool and inputting data on the ‘Management Status and Effectiveness’ and the social or ecological forms. You have to manually click the save button for the form to be saved. If you input data and then just click ‘next section’ these monitoring forms are not saved. This is confusing, as clicking next section on any other part of the tool saves what you have entered before taking you to the next page.
