Drupal plugin as package

Both XSEDE and Globus have modified an existing Drupal OAuth plugin to work with Globus Auth. Take one and push it to the appropriate Drupal plugin and package repo.

• Get version from XSEDE
• Review
• Find Drupal plugin repo
• Write up Drupal example using plugin from package repo
• Can we contribute our updates back to the original package?
