Different options groups being set with default options group speed focus setting

Problem description

Pretty simple issue- it seems that when I have a default setting to speed focus mode, it overrides any other options group setting for speed focus. For example, for my Zanki deck I have speed focus enabled; for a deck I want to go slower on, I just have all the numbers entered as 9999 under the "general" tab, yet the alert is still played and the card is automatically flipped in this deck like it would be in Zanki under the default options group.
