Idea 1: Add support for hydrogen co-product in Bidder and Tracker objective functions

Idea 2: Add a general interface for recording state variables and model variables.

The current practice is for each case study to have a customized record method
multiperiod object maintains a list of variables to record
a general method that extracts the values for the variables, records the file
a method to populate the list of variables using the objective and time-linking constraints
