We need to create a decentralized marketing system for Gno.land where the budget and high-level strategy are decided by a steering committee, not a single entity. The execution of marketing actions should be distributed across teams or individuals, with some actions potentially shared between competing or collaborating teams.
This system should allow for scalability, enabling the ecosystem to grow a potentially infinite virtual marketing team based on the DAO's funding decisions. The internal NT team will remain manageable while marketing efforts can scale up as needed. Contributions should be tracked to measure impact and ROI, with transparency in reporting costs and results. Instead of focusing on teams, contributions should be linked directly to campaigns/experiments/projects to ensure alignment with project needs.
Completion is for the "Someday/Maybe" milestone. However, having a plan and the ability to practice part of these high-level needs, whether on or off-chain, seems essential and should be prioritized. Let's focus on defining a system first, and then we can identify the quick wins we can implement soon.
