Tried deleting a project that has no actuals (and no proposed hours either)... can't do it.
I get the "Archive", but no delete.

@jsonin currently there is only deleting of assignments

@jsonin waiting on a mutation to be created by Rob so we can make this happen. Should be able to get that done soon.
