Consistent nav font sizes in Settings header

Totally minor.
My StaffPlan is larger than the rest.
We can use that font size for the other nav text.

@ericbenwa In the header each element has the same font size, it probably just seems that it is different

This is specific to the Settings section which seems to have a different set of CSS than the core app (?).

Inspecting People text has font-size: 14px.

Inspecting My StaffPlan text (this one seems to be missing css for font-size where the others have it – also some other styles like line-height are different too).
