We need a specific "TBD" or "Placeholder Person" in the person pick-list (aka dropdown menu), when creating a project and assigning people to that project.
when then need to be able to re-name that "Placeholder Person", so people can easily identify who could be swapped in, the real person, in future sessions.

Questions:

TBDs = Are they listed in the People screen if they're assigned to projects?
Is it TBD or Placeholder Person?
do we need a label under "re-named" marking its not an assigned user but a synthetic/TBD?
