Export CSV is missing hours and needs some consistency updates

Export CSV currently looks like this.

and the same project in the app, shows this for hours.

It looks like the CSV is not exporting any of the hours... ?
What should this look like for exporting multiple weeks?

And could we shift the rows around in the CSV and revise the labels so they are consistent within the app?
Target at top.
Then Plan.
Then Actual.
Then Delta at bottom.
... just like the hours summary in the app.

Adjust the filename to:
clientname-projectname.csv
(right now it's just project name)
