Speed animations for providing feedback on user actions (250ms)

The transitions feel slow as I wait for them to complete.
Can we make them very quick? Like 250ms to complete?

Can the row height be maintained during the transition... right now it shrinks and then expands to show the message... can we make that transition smoother? No height change and quick fade-in overlay of the message?

Some examples

• Archiving a project
• Delete person from project
• Undo
• ... basically any of those transitions where we display that green feedback message within the row, and anytime we can Undo that (the reverse).
