Stale spanish translation

Hi! The spanish translation branch is being stale from almost 4 years.

I made a PR trying to update that branch a year ago. From what I understand, the translators who were doing it now don't have the time to continue it, not even to review the PR or point out what could be done to continue with the translation.

Can you point out what can I do to keep the translation up to date?

If you do not wish to continue with the translation, I suggest you remove all reference to it as it contains very outdated information.
