Add support for non-streaming APIs on macOS 11 #84

  • Lowered the minimum macOS version to 11.0 for the generative-ai-swift package.
    • Since bytes(for:delegate:) requires macOS 12.0+, only the non-streaming generateContent APIs are available on macOS 11.0.

Notes / Considerations:
