I get to this step:

Navigate to the Google Cloud Console API Manager for your project ID.

My project doesn't show up in Google Cloud Console API Manager. Also, I don't know what the project ID is (the name of the project in the Actions Console or something else).

It seems some instructions are backward. Instead of creating the action first, I need to first create the project in the Google Cloud Console API Manager, then create the action in the Actions Console, choosing to import the existing project.

"Open your project in the Firebase console" should have a link.

"homegraph" should have a note to use boolean (I can only assume).

gradlew spotlessApply needs to be run, as the latest in git causes it to fail.

gradlew appengineDeploy still gives:

Execution failed for task ':appengineDeploy'.
> Project was not found in gcloud config

The smart-home-key.json is correct, in both the resources folder and build/staged-app/WEB-INF/classes.
