Continue the training of T5

1. I would like to know which operative config gin file should I used if I would like to continue the training of this T5 model using this script

the operative config file is compulsory to continue the training. the google team provided the files for their models but I did not find any indication about new T5 pretrained models.

How can I create a config gin file myself?

2. How can I pass the training dataset as a plain text file instead of TSV or TFDS data format ?
