How can I freeze some parameters of the model?

How can I freeze some parameters of the model?
For example for a huggingface model one can do:

for p in model.parameters():
    p.requires_grad = False # freezing

How can it be achieved here?
In fact I want to implement a prompt-learning method by t5 where just some parameters of the prompts are tuned.
