Following the work that lscpu has done, report more details of Arm CPUs.

lscpu: Decode ARM CPUs

Since the kernel developers have refused to make /proc/cpuinfo user
understandable, implement mapping in userspace. lscpu is available for
most users via util-linux, so store the information here.

Revised arm cpu info.

- Previously a number of options from cpu info were missing. This update
  parses all those options exposed by /proc/cpuinfo.
- Used NXP/Freescale i.MX 6QuadPlus based platform as a reference
