Error: FetchError: Could not fetch resource at https://colab.research.google.com/language-services/converse?authuser=0: 403

I continue getting this error while trying to use gemini and I'm not getting the suggestions that should appear when writing the code. I tried opening google colab from other google accounts on the same laptop and it works correctly. In both cases I'm using Chrome as web browser.

Error: FetchError: Could not fetch resource at https://colab.research.google.com/language-services/converse?authuser=0: 403. I am using the browser Chromium on Ubuntu 22.04.
