cublas.Dnrm2 Get InternalError

cu release v0.9.3 in windows
it hapends almost all of these funcion which need a scalar value to return, like nrm2, dot.
I test these function in c++ and it works well
and, when I avoid the error, other funcions seems like broken eventhough the Dnrm2 magicly worked once
