unmounting the wrong component when using `addPortal` and `Portal` together. #42

Seems that there is a bug that unmounts wrong component when the Portal component is unmounted.

the result

mount1 static jsx test component
mount1 dynamic 1
mount1 dynamic 2
unmount dynamic 2  ## here

expected behaviour

mount1 static jsx test component
mount1 dynamic 1
mount1 dynamic 2
unmount static jsx test component
