Currently seeing spikes in viewer numbers on the stream summary every 15mins when the windows refresh which is causing patterned looking view numbers.

Could each instance have a random refresh time thereby eliminating the patterned summaries?

Would be an extra layer of realism to the tool and smooth the spikes
