Feature requests in the region management page

Hi tech team, I have been looking at the challenge upload for 2024 hackerspace under region management page, and it needs few changes.

• Is it possible for you to add in one more section to the form called teasers (the max limit of words for this section should be 20 words)? It should be placed in between the challenge name box and short desc box. This is essentially the hashtags for the challenges provided by the sponsors.
• Could we show the hashtags in the preview version of the challenges, most probably below the challenge name as shown in the image below
• Could you please change the 'short desc' label to Problem Statement for that box
• We need two more boxes as there are few additions to the challenge descriptions.
• Would you be able to add a box called Outcome Expectations after the 'long desc' box (it should have a 400-word limit)
• Another box called Sponsor Values underneath the Outcome Expectations (again 400-word limit)

I am aware this is quite a lot, but it would be really handy when uploading the challenges to hackerspace. Therefore, I would really appreciate it if this could be done.

Also, this is just an idea regarding the competition weekend. I wanted to see if we could have a 15 min countdown on the hackerspace prior to the competition deadline so that participating teams are aware of when they need to submit their submissions by and are not confused by the different deadlines because of the time zones.
