Missing templates/example.md

Hi there,

I would like to use a markdown file instead of a set of .html and .txt as the email template, but can't seem to find the htmlemailer/templates/htmlemailer/example.md file specified in your README

I have checked my local pip installation and your repository and both of them seem to be missing this file.

Do you happen to have a markdown template that I can refer to?
