Preamble: OpenStack Explained is a publication that aims to collect money for charity.
OpenStack Explained is copyrighted from the main author (Giuseppe Paterno') and from individual contributor. Reading from the public repository (currently github.com) and any contributions is allowed and encouraged.
Any derivative work is strictly forbidden. As a matter of example, you are NOT allowed to print distribute without prior consent of the author, nor take any part of it and include in other works, such as article of other means.
The way you should do it is that you should buy and distribute the paid book or e-book instead. We might arrange for a personalized distribution deal under author upon a donation to a given charity as agreed with the author itself.
Remember, while this will allow people to understand OpenStack, this is an effort of the author to collect money for good.
