Alert/Informations route on via-ferrata

For planning a hiking could be useful have informations if the track go on a "via ferrata" that is not a normal path, could be dangerous go without kit

I already wanted to mark difficult hiking routes (https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:sac_scale) so this could be part of the same feature.

Yea, could be very intresting have a clear rendering also for mtb scale (and sac scale), for mobile app I found very useful OsmAnd that use different color for mtb scale (green, blue, red, gray)

So, after some investigation, I can confirm that it's possible to get the SAC and MTB scale tags from BRouter's output (the routing engine), and also the highway type (in most cases) for #65.
Unfortunately, the highway=via_ferrata is currently not supported, see abrensch/brouter#517 and abrensch/brouter#416, but will be when the following PR gets merged abrensch/brouter#458.
