Request

Hi i want to disable the grafana usage report but without adding the "command line flag" because i have installed alloy per ansible role and there is no option to disable it AND you wanted to add these way too but never did
#317

Use case

to disable usage report per config file because editing the systemd service is not possible every time.

Oh and beside of that would it be a really good idea to decrease the amount of usage reports send.... at the moment its literally EVERY MINUTE. IF you quest yourself why you have an ddos on your doors and dont know why, take a minute to think about that....
If you dont want to deactivate that per default you shoukd at least decrease the time between the reports to minimum 24h startet on the time the service startet so you dont have every system sending the reports at the same time.... i would really like you to do these.... because there is no point in sending that every minute beside of you want to ddos your systems with your own application/test how mutch connection your service can handel and based on that throw money out of the windows for load balancing and in general compute cost to handel all these requests.....
