Add request properties to datasource

Kusto supports request properties to be added to each query (see here) to support different settings.

Currently the ADX plugin does allow you to change some of the settings (like cache max age, or data consistency) but I'd like to add some of these settings in a raw format.

For example - adding set query_datascope="hotcache"; to all requests.

I imagine an input box where you can add a prefix to each call.
